UTR's "leave-behind" program is extremely popular with our many clients. With this program, essentially we can have a UTR Software Support Representative reside on-site to service your account for whatever period deemed necessary by you. Whether it is a short period or longer duration the Support Rep will facilitate FTS alongside your staff until your staff is fully utilizing FTS to run all aspects of lifecycle management. Typical daily duties encompass: service order processing, inter-company FTS training, expense reconciliation, tracking and vendor negotiation, vendor training, data input, process refinement and developing, call polling and usage processing, trouble ticketing or exploiting FTS use to the maximum.
One great aspect of the "leave-behind" program is flexibility. UTR does not try to lock you into a long term or even a specified term for the resources. As the customer, you decide how long you need us (if at all) and what you want us to do! As soon as you are comfortable, you can stop or scale-back the UTR resources. At that point, you will be assigned an in-house UTR support person for all support issues.
