Merging financial data with asset operations.

With FTS, a Database is created by merging all inventory and ownership information collected during the Physical Inventory with all vendor bills and expenses validated through the Billing Verification Service. Complete and consistent data records are then created within FTS to form a structured relationship between the vendor billing detail, telecommunications / IT users, contracts and all equipment and services.

The functions within FTS then allow comprehensive and strategic management of these assets and finances with accurate, real-time data.
