Oakville, Ontario -- January 1, 2004 - UTR, the leader in financial telemanagement solutions, signs landmark agreement to provide web based FTS software and services to Ford Motor Company of Canada.

UTR will be providing a complete physical inventory of Ford's Canadian premises to collect information all telecommunications assets and ownership. With this information and audited vendor bills, UTR will create an asset repository within FTS linking all information together for the inventory management, service order provisioning and vendor bill reconciliation and processing.
