GM Electro-Motive Division Orders Web based Software and Implementation Services from UTR.

Lagrange, Illinois -- February 10, 2004 - UTR, the leader in financial telemanagement solutions, will provide web based FTS software and implementation services to the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors.

The Electro-Motive Division of General Motors has contracted with UTR for a physical inventory of voice, data and IT assets and services, database creation, systems integration with SAP and web based FTS software. FTS will be used as the primary inventory management and service provisioning tool for all telecommunications and IT assets and services. FTS will provide a repository for all vendor bills and assist the reconciliation and bill payment process.
