City of Philadelphia Trains Telecom Coordinators on use of Financial Telemanagement System (CITYFTS)

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – March 2, 2010 - UTR, a firm that specializes in providing Telemanagement Expense and Asset Management software, service solutions has commenced training 50+ Telecom Coordinators on the use of CITYFTS for directory management, inventory management and report generation of telecom voice and wireless expense and usage.

“The training sessions went great today; people showed up eager to learn and ready to commit themselves to using the CITYFTS system to help their departments control information and telecom expense,” says Patrick Connolly, President of UTR. The Training was class room based with break-out one-on-one sessions to set a process for ongoing information maintenance.

CITYFTS will be used at The City of Philadelphia for 311 Directory, Internet / Intranet Directory, Call Accounting for Voice and Wireless Call Usage, Inventory Management and Expense Reporting. Monthly reports will be automatically generated for Department Managers so that costs can be viewed, managed and controlled.
