North Fork Bank to Implement FTS Web Based Software for Inventory and Vendor Bill Processing.

Mattituck, New York – July 15, 2004 – UTR, the leader in financial telemanagement solutions, will provide their web based software system FTS to North Fork Bank for telecommunications Inventory Management and Vendor Bill Reconciliation and Processing.

North Fork, when combined with Trust Company and Green Point, will have approximately $55 billion in assets and operate from 340 branch locations throughout the New York Metropolitan area, New Jersey and Connecticut, has contracted with UTR for their FTS software and implementation services. FTS will be used to manage telecommunications inventory for the corporate centers and branch locations. Additionally, FTS will be used to process, validate and reconcile all telecommunications vendor bills.
