With single click access to all of the associated inventory information you can instantly check quantities (available, on order, in use and total), vendor, user, monthly charge and service order. Inventory can be managed at a detail or summary level providing a real-time inventory snap-shot by equipment, price, location, lines, service points, vendors BTNs, contract number, manufacturer, ownership type, start date, end date and update date.
All personal inventories such as voice telephones & lines, computers & desktop applications, IP assignments & schematics, cell phones, RIM units and service access will be managed at the individual or cost center level. All infrastructure inventories such as voice trunks & access ports, data networks & schematics, PBX's and common equipment, can be managed at the cost center, department, location or individual level.
