Inventory can be managed at a detail or summary level providing a real-time inventory snap-shot by equipment, price, location, lines, service points, vendors BTNs, contract number, manufacturer, ownership type, start date, end date and update date.
All personal inventories such as voice telephones & lines, computers & desktop applications, IP assignments & schematics, cell phones, RIM units and service access will be managed at the individual or cost center level. All infrastructure inventories such as voice trunks & access ports, data networks & schematics, PBX's and common equipment, can be managed at the cost center, department, location or individual level.
