The natural next step, UTR’s Expert service provides all Basic services and adds service order and inventory management. For the organization that wants to lifecycle manage all expense and inventory, UTR provides an unparalleled framework of technology and service process to manage from “cradle to grave” all voice, data, wireless and IT service orders, inventory and billing. TEAM Expert extends all of the service processes and software functionality from the Basic service and includes a complete service order desk and inventory update and management practice. From the beginning and every month thereafter, UTR will:

  1. Provide all TEAM Basic Services, Plus
  2. Staff a complete Service Order Desk for voice, data, wireless and IT equipment and services.
  3. Provide, update and manage all Equipment Inventory for voice, data and wireless equipment and services.
  4. Provide Service Order templates for service requesting and manage the process for approval.
  5. Provide Service Order templates for voice, data, wireless and IT equipment and services and manage the process for vendor submission, escalation and emergencies.
  6. Provide Service Order templates and process for internal moves, adds and changes.
  7. Provide daily, monthly, quarterly and annual trending reports on all Service Order activity – requested, approved, submitted and reconciled.
  8. Provide Equipment Inventory reporting to the person, cost center, building, site and corporation level using UTR’s PUSH reporting technology directly to the Manager’s email.
  9. Reconcile all Equipment Inventory and Service Orders to the Monthly OC&C vendor billing.
  10. Provide continuous training of the software to create the maximum ongoing benefit stream to your company.
