- Mr. Connolly has over 21 years experience in the telecommunications management sector specializing in software design and business process for client-vendor business transactions. During his 21 years of experience, Mr. Connolly worked for a number of enterprises in the Call Accounting / TEM space in sales, marketing and engineering capacities. Over his career, Mr. Connolly has focused on providing the client with the information and tools to reduce operating expense and provide information and tools to do their job better.Patrick has lead the UTR Implementation Team on every major engagement since 1991 counting among his successful projects are Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank, CIBC, Scotiabank, Scotia Capital, Government of Ontario and City of Philadelphia. Patrick is 46 years old and lives in Kinnelon, New Jersey with his wife and four children.

Donald Murphy

– As the co-founder and vice president of Marketing, Mr. Murphy has over 23 years of experience in the telecommunications management market sector. During this 23 years, Donald has worked exclusively in the sales and marketing sector positioning industry products and services that reduce the corporate spend on telecommunications vendor billing and increase efficiency within the telecommunications / IT department. Prior to UTR Donald was a Sales Team Leader at a Wall Street consulting firm. Donald is 53 years old and lives in Long Island, New York with his wife and three children.

Michael Sullivan

– As one of the co-founders and vice president of Audit Services, Mr. Sullivan has over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications sector specializing in financial auditing and charge verification. Early on Michael Sullivan was an AVP for Banker’s Trust in the telecommunications department, where he developed a process to verify the Bank’s service order transactions. Later, Mr. Sullivan incorporated a rate and tariff verification program that isolated billing errors and saved the Bank hundreds of thousands in refunds and savings. After leaving Bankers Trust, Mr. Sullivan continued in the telecommunications field as a senior auditor for a leading Wall Street Telecom firm identifying and negoitiating millions of dollars in savings for top Fortune 500 Companies including Financial Institutions, Hospitals, Universities and Retail stores. Over his career Mr. Sullivan has concentrated on saving his customers money by finding billing errors and opportunities for savings on their voice, data and wireless billing. Michael is 47 years old and lives in Staten Island, New York with his wife and three children.
