UTR’s company is built on achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction.

UTR started working with North America’s largest organizations in 1991 helping them understand and manage their telecommunications costs. More than just Audit and Billing Verification services, in 1996 UTR developed a software solution, Financial Telemanagement System (FTS) and offered this web based solution as a software license or bundled with a Telecom Expense and Asset Management service offering. Our unique offering and timing within the industry quickly secured North America’s largest Financial Services companies as clients. Today, UTR has a broad base of clients who use UTR’s FTS software to manage their telecommunications assets and expenses within a software license model and within our hosted environment. UTR also provides onsite telecom management services to clients who are running a licensed version of FTS. UTR’s solutions are scalable; our largest client manages over $350 million annually within FTS, while our smallest manages just $480,000. UTR is a full service telecom expense and asset management software and services company with over 19 years of experience.

UTR has always led the way in Telecom Expense Management. We may not have the largest advertising budget, nor the loudest sales force but we have always been way ahead of what our competitors were developing and first to market to serve the management needs for the ever changing world of telecommunications. As demonstrated many times in the past, today UTR continues to innovate and lead with our latest software edition – Audit Assistant.
